Skill-related fitness is a term that refers to talents that aid in the acquisition of new skills. Agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed are the six components of skill-related fitness that are explained in detail in Table 2.1. Physical fitness that is connected to a talent is not the same as competence itself.
Components of Fitness that are Associated with Skill

Fitness qualities that are connected to specific talents aid in the learning of such skills. Skill-related fitness is the best option for those who are capable of and desire to perform at a high level; yet, it is less appealing to the majority of people since it demands intense training and exercise.
